Michael Canto pled guilty on Monday, and faces up to five years in state prison when he is sentenced on April 3, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer said.
Canto was arrested last July after police who stopped him on his motorcycle found him with a large quantity of methamphetamine.
Jackson police subsequently obtained a search warrant for Canto's 2002 Ford F-150 pickup truck, which turned up evidence indicating he was operating a meth production facility out of the vehicle.
Judge Michael T. Collins presided over Canto's case.
Canto was charged with operating a controlled dangerous substance production facility.
